WINE INSIDE is the title of the album dedicated to soundtracks, which have always been fertile ground for Paolo Fresu's compositional experience. A musical journey in which the notes are entrusted to Fresu's trumpet and flugelhorn, to Daniele Di Bonaventura's bandoneon and to I Solisti Veneti conducted by Giuliano Carella. A union on the edge of intimacy and a fruitful interaction between jazz, tango, Sardinian tradition, sacred and operatic music. A first, extraordinary meeting between two of the greatest Italian jazz musicians and one of the most beloved chamber orchestras.
