(2) homage to Blessed Claudio and one of his most wonderful works, the Holy Water Stoup in the Church of Santa Lucia di Piave in which the Virgin Mary, placed above the shell containing the holy water, dominates and oppresses the devil below. The sculpture is engraved with the phrase “Ipsa conteret caput tuum” (“She will crush your head”) taken from the Book of Genesis (3,15).
