Marco Bronzi

He graduated with top marks at the age of 18 from the “Arrigo Boito” Conservatory in Parma, subsequently perfecting his skills at the Fiesole School of Music (winning a scholarship as the best student in the specialization courses) and with Yair Kless at the “Rubin Academy” in Tel Aviv. He graduated in chamber music with top marks, honors and an honorable mention. Winner of several national solo and chamber music competitions, including Mantua, Teatro Bibiena, Vittorio Veneto, Biella Accademia Perosi. He embarked on a career that led him to perform all over the world in various chamber music groups. He is a member of I Solisti Veneti, founder of the Ensemble dei Salotti Musicali Parmensi. He collaborates with prestigious symphony orchestras such as the Filarmonica A. Toscanini, the Symphonica d'Italia, the Accademia Nazionale di S.Cecilia, taking part in highly successful tours under the direction of some of the greatest conductors of our time such as Lorin Maazel, Yuri Temirkanov, Rafael de Burgos, Zubin Mehta, Kurt Masur, Mistslav Rostropovich, Antonio Pappano. In Israel he was First Violin and Soloist of the Erzelya Chamber Orchestra, he regularly holds this role in prestigious orchestras dedicated in particular to the operatic repertoire and is Concertmaster of the Filarmonica dell'Opera Italiana FOI. As a “Friend of Stradivari di Cremona” he often plays instruments from the prestigious collection of the Museo del Violino. He is a tenured violin teacher and Vice Director of the “Claudio Monteverdi” Conservatory of Bolzano. He is also First Concertmaster of the Parma Chamber Orchestra.
