The Solisti Veneti, in collaboration with the GE Ghirardi Foundation organize annually the Academy that bears their name and is reserved for young musicians from all over the world who wish to deepen their knowledge of the musical heritage of the Veneto. The Academy is held in the historic Guitar Hall of Villa Contarini in Piazzola sul Brenta. The final concert, where the most deserving students of each Master Class perform as soloists accompanied by I Solisti Veneti directed by Giuliano Carella, is held in Padua in one of the important art venues of the city. The Academy provides scholarships reserved for participants who have highlighted particular soloist qualities and are assigned upon proposal of the Artistic Director Giuliano Carella, Clementine Hoogendoorn Scimone and the Teachers.
